** Flatlander Never Charges an Application Fee

Minimum Embroidered Order: Our order minimum is only $150. This can be any mix of styles, sizes and colors.

Logo Set-Up: There is a one-time charge of $110 to digitize any new logo. This fee is waived for new customers whose opening order is over $1000.

Logo Modification: There is a minimum $40 fee for changes to any existing logos.

Minimum Screen-printed Order: For any screen-printed order, our minimum is 36 pieces for 1-2 colors. 72 pieces for 3-4 color imprints. All screened orders are custom quoted based on design, location, item, and number of colors. Please call Customer Service for any screen-printed quotes.

New Screen Charge: There is an $18 fee per color per screen for any new screen-printed artwork.

Existing Screen Charge: There is a $9 fee for any existing art for screen-printed orders.

Art Fee: Our professional Art Staff is ready to help you design or modify your logo. Our art fee is $35.00 per half hour.

Turn-Around Time: All orders are shipped no later than three weeks from the date the order is placed.

Rushes: A rush service is available for all existing customers with existing logos. The rush fee is 15% of the order with a minimum of $50 for any rush order.

Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. For all embroidered orders, items are individually polybagged for easy distribution. For screen-printed orders, items are folded by size in dozens.

Returns: Flatlander stands behind our products! Because all products are custom ordered and custom embroidered just for your company, we cannot return for sizing. However, it you ever have a product or embroidery concern, Flatlander will provide you with a hassle-free replacement or refund.

Discounts: Flatlander offers a two-tiered pricing structure to accommodate all companies and sizes of orders. We offer piece pricing which allows you to purchase any number of items with no minimum on that item. We also offer a bulk discount; bulk is defined as 12 of the same item in the same color. More discounts are available on orders over $2500. These orders are custom quoted based on the item(s) requested. Please call Customer Service for any orders over $2500 to qualify for additional discounts.

Payment: Established customers are on Net 30 terms. For any new customers, we do require a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) to secure the order. A company check upfront is also an acceptable form of payment. New customers can apply for credit with us; the process takes about 30-60 days to complete.

Special Services: Flatlander offers many special services to our existing and new customers. Some of these services include: special shipping to multiple locations, special packaging as requested, fulfillment programs, and contract embroidery. Please call one of our friendly Customer Service personnel to inquire about any of these services.

Logowear Programs: Flatlander is also the leader and founder of the Logowear Program. These programs allow companies to offer their employees company apparel with little or no cost to the company. See our Programs Page for more information.
